We at ESMP find that the greatest strength comes from diversity in all aspects, both in our research topics but also in our team. The ESMP group celebrates this diversity and finds it essential to a well-functioning lab group where we can all learn from each other. We aim for a balanced mix of women and men and for a diverse mix of nationalities and backgrounds. All are welcome, regardless of race, sex, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, and/or gender identity. We show each other mutual respect; we care for each others' well-being; and hate, intolerance, and discrimination have absolutely no place in a laboratory group.
